around residential real estate — understanding properties, studying markets, analyzing comparable sales, and helping people make informed decisions.
I spent years representing buyers and sellers throughout Colorado and training and mentoring real estate professionals. That experience gives me a practical understanding of both the numbers behind a property and the way buyers actually respond to it.
I live and work in the Colorado mountains, and I love that no two properties — or markets — are exactly alike. I’m naturally curious, detail-oriented, and probably happier than most people digging into property data and figuring out why one home sells for more than another.
